We are looking for a motivated and skilled Performance/Growth Marketer to join our remote team.
We are seeking a proactive marketing specialist with extensive experience in performance marketing and funnel optimization to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and refining strategies to generate high-quality, cost-effective leads for our core services, including NetSuite Accounting, individual and corporate tax solutions, and bookkeeping. This role is ideal for someone seeking a home-based, remote opportunity.
Compensation: R25,000 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, search engine marketing, and email marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
What the role entails
To thrive in this role, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:
Marketing Funnel Development:
- Design, build, and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies to move prospects from awareness to conversion.
- Implement seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints, including email campaigns, paid social, display ads, and landing pages.
Acquisition and Retention Marketing:
- Create and execute acquisition and retention strategies across performance marketing channels, such as paid social, display ads, and third-party partnerships.
- Focus on driving cost-effective, high-quality leads that convert into long-term customers.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Build, launch, and optimize end-to-end digital campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement insights to improve ROI and scale campaigns.
CRM and Marketing Automation:
- Develop and test marketing emails, landing pages, lead forms, and reports within a CRM platform.
- Manage and enhance marketing automation processes to nurture leads and improve engagement.
Performance Measurement:
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, such as lead volume, conversion rates, funnel performance, and pipeline contribution.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies continuously.
