Who you are

A top-tier administrator with a passion for assisting clients with attaining the high-level service they need to operate their business effectively. The ideal candidate for this position will have expertise in sales in the accounting and tax industry; however, if you’re an excellent communicator eager to convert inbound leads into lasting client relationships, then you can thrive in this role that plays an extremely vital role within our organization. This person will be the backup responder and help maintain the sales funnel. 

We are looking for someone in a similar role who is looking for a home-based/remote opportunity and is comfortable working core Eastern standard business hours.

Compensation:

  • $700 – $1,000 per month
  • Opportunity to attain an annual bonus based on performance in key areas (namely, keeping the sales funnel and CRM clean, helping move stagnant deals to a positive close, and proactively identifying potential sales issues)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with converting inbound leads into clients by providing insight into leads, particularly those that require support to be closed
  • Be proactive in nurturing and updating the sales funnel and maintaining the CRM administrative order
  • Assist with conducting discovery and sales calls, when required, via Zoom or over the phone with professionalism
  • Be proactive in identifying potential sales issues
  • Help move stagnant deals to a positive close
  • Complete follow-up calls and emails to stagnant leads
  • Assist with pricing diagnostics
  • Manage the client experience, including client gifting and check-ins
  • Assist with consulting projects and ad hoc tasks as needed

  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive by nature
  • Able to predict and resolve potential issues before they arise
  • Comfortable calling clients 
  • Skilled at gently commanding calls and encouraging decision-making
  • Pleasant and have a likable personality
  • Tech-savvy; including experience with Monday.com

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred but not essential
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar sales administration role
  • Monday.com experience is essential
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and on Zoom
